Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including overseeing opening and closing procedures and handling administrative tasks. Responsibilities include executing floor set guides, driving sales, assisting in visual merchandising, training on security policies, ensuring store cleanliness, and communicating operational changes. Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, possess strong attention to detail, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, and have a strong drive to achieve results.
