Job Summary
As a 3rd Key at SNIPES, you will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing opening and closing procedures and administrative tasks. You will drive sales and profitability, assist in communicating operational goals, ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards, train security policies, and maintain store cleanliness. The role requires strong customer service skills, communication, organization, problem-solving abilities, and a disciplined, goal-oriented approach. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail

Additional Requirements
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
