Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing opening and closing procedures along with administrative tasks. Responsibilities include demonstrating leadership in driving sales and achieving store goals, assisting with merchandise presentation, training on security policies, ensuring store cleanliness, and effectively implementing store policies. Strong communication, organization skills, and a problem-solving mindset are essential, along with a commitment to customer service and team collaboration. Candidates should be enthusiastic about the brand and adaptable to the fast-paced retail environment.
