The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing opening and closing procedures and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with floor set guides, driving sales and profitability by meeting store goals, assisting in training on security protocols, maintaining merchandise presentation, and enforcing cleanliness standards in the store. Candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to take initiative while working in a team environment. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, along with a preference for retail experience.
