Job Summary
The 3rd Key is responsible for managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including handling opening and closing procedures, driving sales and profitability, and assisting with operational goals. Key responsibilities include executing floor set guides, training staff on policies and safety, maintaining merchandise presentation, and ensuring store cleanliness. Required skills include strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, with a focus on achieving results while being adaptable and self-motivated. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
