Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing opening and closing procedures and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include driving sales, executing promotions, ensuring merchandise presentation, enforcing security policies, maintaining store cleanliness, and training staff. Candidates should possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills along with the ability to stand for long periods and lift 15-30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
