Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing opening and closing procedures, as well as administrative tasks. Responsibilities include executing floor set guides, driving sales and profitability, assisting in training the team on security policies, ensuring store cleanliness, and communicating operational goals. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
