Job Summary
The 3rd Key manages the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, demonstrating leadership to achieve sales and profitability goals, and assisting in the communication and implementation of store operations and policies. Previous retail experience is preferred, and candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, customer service skills, and attention to detail. Candidates should be capable of lifting between 15-30 pounds and standing for long periods during shifts.
