Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing opening and closing procedures as well as administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include executing floor set guides and promotions, driving sales and profitability, maintaining merchandise presentation, training staff on security policies, and ensuring store cleanliness. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with a passion for customer service and teamwork.
