Job Summary
The 3rd Key at SNIPES will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including handling opening and closing procedures and various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with floor set guides and promotions, driving sales and profitability, aiding in merchandise presentation and security policies, and maintaining cleanliness standards. The candidate should demonstrate a strong drive to achieve results, excellent communication and organizational skills, take initiative, solve problems, and be adaptable. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
