Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, handling opening and closing procedures along with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include timely execution of floor set guides, driving sales and profitability, assisting with operational goals, managing merchandise presentation, enforcing security policies, ensuring safety, processing register functions, and maintaining store cleanliness. Candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate a strong drive to achieve results.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
