Job Summary
As a 3rd Key at SNIPES, you will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing procedures and various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring the timely execution of promotions, driving sales and profitability, assisting with visual merchandising, training staff on security policies, and maintaining store cleanliness. This role requires standing for long periods and lifting 15-30 pounds while demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
