Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing opening and closing procedures and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include executing floor set guides, driving sales, maintaining merchandising standards, training on security policies, ensuring store cleanliness, and communicating policy changes to staff. Ideal candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods and lift weights between 15-30 pounds.
