Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing procedures and various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include demonstrating timely execution of floor set guides, driving sales and profitability, assisting in communications of operational goals, setting up sales and promotions, managing merchandise presentation, training staff on security policies, ensuring a safe working environment, processing register functions, maintaining cleanliness standards, and implementing changes in store policies. The role requires retail experience, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to stand for long periods, lift 15-30 pounds, and a strong commitment to brand enthusiasm and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Retail experience preferred
