Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing opening and closing procedures along with various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include driving sales and profitability by achieving store and individual goals, setting up sales/promotions, maintaining merchandise presentation as per Visual Merchandising standards, training staff on security policies, ensuring safety in the store, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Ideal candidates possess a strong drive for results, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
