Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, executing opening and closing procedures as well as performing administrative tasks. Responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, communicating operational goals, setting up sales/promotions, maintaining merchandise presentation, training on security protocols, ensuring store cleanliness, and implementing policy changes. Required qualifications include being 18 years or older, having a High School diploma or equivalent, and preferred retail experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Requirements
