Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing procedures, and perform other administrative tasks. Responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, communicating store goals, setting up promotions with proper signing, maintaining Visual Merchandising standards, training and enforcing security policies, ensuring associate safety, processing register functions, and maintaining cleanliness and policy communication across the team. Must demonstrate leadership, customer service, teamwork, adaptability, and strong communication to support store operations and achieve sales plans in a part-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
