Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, handling opening and closing procedures, administrative tasks, and driving sales by achieving or exceeding established goals. They will assist in merchandise presentation, communicate operational goals, enforce security policies, ensure store cleanliness, and train staff on procedural changes. Key skills include strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to lead a team. Candidates must be flexible, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Retail experience preferred

Additional Requirements
