Job Summary
The 3rd Key manages the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing opening and closing procedures, along with administrative tasks. Responsibilities include executing floor set guides, driving sales and profitability, assisting with operational goals, setting up promotions, maintaining merchandise presentation, training staff on security procedures, and ensuring store cleanliness. Qualified candidates will have retail experience, strong attention to detail, communication, organizational skills, and a problem-solving attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
