Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including overseeing opening and closing procedures and conducting various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with floor set guides and promotions, driving sales and profitability, assisting in training and enforcing security policies, maintaining merchandise presentation, and ensuring store cleanliness. Key skills required are leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, strong customer service, and effective communication.
