Job Summary
The 3rd Key is responsible for managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing opening and closing procedures, and executing administrative tasks. This role involves driving sales, maximizing team contributions, maintaining merchandise presentation according to standards, enforcing security procedures, ensuring store cleanliness, and communicating policy changes. Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, having a High School Diploma or equivalent, and possessing strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills, along with retail experience preference.
