Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, performing opening and closing procedures and handling various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include executing floor set guides and promotions, driving sales and profitability by achieving established goals, assisting in merchandise presentation, enforcing security policies, ensuring safety, processing register functions, maintaining cleanliness standards, and communicating procedural changes to staff. Ideal candidates will demonstrate leadership, strong customer service and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset.
