Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing procedures and other administrative tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring timely execution of floor set guides and promotions, driving sales and profitability, training team members on store operational goals, maintaining visual merchandising standards, enforcing security policies, ensuring store cleanliness, and communicating policy changes to staff. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team, with physical demands including standing for long periods and lifting between 15-30 pounds.
