Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing opening and closing procedures and performing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include executing floor set guides and promotions, driving sales, assisting in merchandise presentation, training staff on security policies, ensuring store cleanliness, and implementing store policies. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and possess strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills. The position requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift between 15-30 pounds.
