Job Summary
The 3rd Key will oversee the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, executing opening and closing procedures, and managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include driving sales, assisting with merchandise presentation, ensuring store cleanliness, training staff on policies, and implementing changes in operations. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset. The position requires the ability to lift between 15-30 pounds and stand for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
