Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store during the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including conducting opening and closing procedures and handling administrative tasks. Responsibilities include demonstrating timely execution of promotions, driving sales and profitability, effectively communicating operational goals, maintaining merchandise presentation, enforcing security policies, ensuring cleanliness, and training staff on current policies. Candidates must have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong drive to achieve results. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting items between 15-30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
