Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including handling opening and closing procedures and various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring timely execution of floor set guides and promotions, driving sales and profitability, training staff, maintaining merchandise presentation, enforcing security policies, and ensuring safety in the store. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
