Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, handling opening and closing procedures as well as various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include demonstrating leadership in driving sales, assisting in the operational goals, ensuring merchandise presentation meets standards, and enforcing security policies. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, preferably possess retail experience, and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a drive to achieve results are essential.
