Job Summary
3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including opening/closing procedures and other administrative tasks. Responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, communicating goals to the team, setting up promotions with proper signing, maintaining Visual Merchandising standards, training and enforcing security procedures, ensuring associate safety, handling register functions, maintaining cleanliness, communicating policy changes, and collaborating with Store Management, Human Resources, and Asset Protection. Must be 18+, with high school diploma or equivalent; strong customer service, communication, organization, problem solving, and leadership abilities; ability to stand long periods and lift 15-30 pounds; energetic team player with a goal-oriented attitude.
