Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including executing opening and closing procedures and other administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, setting up promotions, maintaining merchandise presentation, enforcing security policies, ensuring store cleanliness, and communicating operational goals to the team. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, problem-solving skills, and a strong initiative to achieve results.

Additional Requirements
