Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, executing opening and closing procedures, and handling various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with floor set guides, driving sales and profitability, assisting with visual merchandising, training on security policies, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Candidates must have retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and exhibit strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Communication and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve results
- Takes initiative and has problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
