Job Summary
In the role of 3rd Key, the individual will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, executing opening and closing procedures along with administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, assisting in training, enforcing security policies, and maintaining store cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong enthusiasm for the brand. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
