Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing procedures and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include executing and complying with floor set guides and promotions, driving sales and profitability, assisting in training security policies, ensuring store cleanliness, and processing register functions. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities along with excellent communication and customer service skills. Enthusiasm for the brand and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
