Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, executing opening and closing procedures along with other administrative tasks. Responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, assisting management with operational goals, ensuring compliance with visual merchandising standards, training staff on security policies, processing register functions, and maintaining store cleanliness. Candidates should possess strong leadership, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities, and must be able to stand for long periods and lift between 15-30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
