Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, conducting opening and closing procedures and various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with store operations, leading sales efforts to achieve goals, and maintaining effective merchandise presentation. A successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, strong problem-solving, teamwork skills, and a customer-oriented approach, while assisting in training staff and enforcing security policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
