Job Summary
As a 3rd Key, you will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including overseeing opening and closing procedures along with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include executing floor set guides and promotions, driving sales and profitability, training team members on company standards, ensuring store cleanliness, and maintaining merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards. You need to demonstrate leadership, strong communication, problem solving skills, and a proactive approach to achieving results.
