Job Summary
The 3rd Key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing opening and closing procedures and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with floor set guides, driving sales and profitability, maintaining merchandise presentation, training in security policies, and ensuring store cleanliness. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities. At least 18 years of age and a High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Strong drive to achieve results
- Ability to demonstrate timely execution and compliance of floor set guides and promotions
- Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding all established store and individual goals
- Ability to stand for long periods of time during the shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
