3rd Grade Teacher SY 26-27

Deliver the SBCSC-approved 3rd grade curriculum in a differentiated general education setting. Implement the 3rd grade curriculum, follow instructional maps, and utilize provided instructional resources. Provide adequate lesson plans and direct instruction, support, and guidance to students. Manage the learning process, assess growth, and maintain a safe classroom with effective management. Maintain professional communication with parents as needed, complete and maintain required student records, and utilize SBCSC technology. Employ multiple data sources (8-Step process, mClass, fluency testing) to inform instructional decisions; use a variety of teaching strategies to engage students; arrange the classroom to sustain engagement; participate in required staff meetings and staff development; collaborate with the grade-level team. Maintain professional responsibility for planning, implementing, and evaluating learning processes.
