3rd Grade Teacher

3rd Grade Teacher responsible for delivering high-quality, standards-aligned instruction and fostering a safe, inclusive classroom. Duties include developing lesson plans, using assessment data to inform instruction, facilitating student discussion and problem-solving, monitoring progress with formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback, collaborating with colleagues in professional learning communities, and communicating with parents/guardians. Requires a Bachelor's degree in education (or related field) and valid Texas teaching certification; bilingual skills are preferred. Location: Waco, Texas. Work involves on-site instruction in a typical classroom setting; strong emphasis on instructional planning, assessment, and collaboration.
