Job Summary
3rd Grade Teacher at Holy Redeemer Catholic School within the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Deliver grade-3 instruction aligned with curriculum standards while integrating Catholic values throughout the instruction. Responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons, fostering a faith-centered classroom, differentiating instruction, assessing student progress, maintaining classroom management, communicating with parents and staff, collaborating with colleagues, and participating in faculty meetings, PD, and school events. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in education (teaching certification preferred), willingness to support Catholic mission, and experience teaching elementary students. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field; teaching certification preferred
- Practicing Catholic or willingness to support the mission of Catholic education
- Experience teaching elementary students, preferably at the 3rd grade level
- Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to create engaging, student-centered lesson plans
- Commitment to supporting the academic and spiritual development of students
