Job Summary
Plan and implement a blended learning Math and Science program for K-5 students, align to state standards, use data-driven instruction, assess and communicate progress to parents, collaborate with Special Education staff, manage classroom behavior, participate in TAP requirements, and perform after-school duties; requires a Bachelor's degree or higher, valid Louisiana Teaching License for K-5 or 6, strong tech integration skills, Core Knowledge and blended learning experience, and at least two years of urban teaching experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Valid Louisiana Teaching License for Grades K-5 or 6
- Strong technical skills integrating technology in the classroom
- Core Knowledge Experience
- Experience with Blended Learning
- At least two years of successful teaching in an urban environment
- 24 credit hours in content area
