3rd Grade Elementary Teacher

Plans and develops grade-level curricula and lessons for 3rd grade aligned with district/state requirements; prepares assignments and tests; conducts standardized tests per district policies; monitors and grades student performance; maintains classroom order and handles discipline; collaborates with teachers and aides; maintains records of academic performance and attendance; conducts parent-teacher conferences; coordinates with parents on interventions when needed; uses varied instructional methods, including technology and field resources; demonstrates knowledge of elementary curriculum, pedagogy, data analysis, and confidentiality; exhibits strong time-management, communication, and collaborative skills; required MT State Elementary Teacher Certification and a Bachelor's in Elementary Education; prior teaching experience is a plus.
