Job Summary
Teach social studies, health, science, and Bible classes on a two-year rotation while delivering math, spelling, reading, and language arts at grade level to meet individual student needs. Maintain a commitment to spiritual growth and model Christ within the Christian church community. This full-time role supports the school's mission to educate students from kindergarten through eighth grade in an accredited Christian environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education
- A valid state certification to teach
- Successful teaching experience
- Knowledge of the Bible and its teachings
- Knowledge of God's will for his/her life
- Evidence of a long-standing commitment to personal growth in his/her daily walk with Christ
- Evidence of a commitment to the spiritual growth of colleagues and youth
- Agreement with the Statement of Faith of the school
- Living in accord with the spiritual principles of 1 Timothy 3: 1-7
