3pm Housekeeping Lead

Oversee daily operations, train new staff, conduct performance inspections, and manage scheduling for the 3pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday shift. Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet sanitation, health, and company standards. Assign daily duties, manage inventory of cleaning supplies, and coordinate with maintenance while assisting in daily cleaning operations as needed. This role requires proven experience in a hotel or commercial housekeeping setting, the ability to pass background and drug screenings, and strong communication skills. Candidates must be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
