3pm - 11pm - LPN (Skilled Nursing)

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) for 3pm-11pm shift in a Skilled Nursing facility. Responsibilities include administering medications per physician orders, verifying orders, maintaining current medication documentation, ensuring the medication room is stocked and secured, participating in resident care plan meetings, communicating with residents’ families, and supervising/c directing aides. Must work under the direction of the Director of Nurses and maintain knowledge of residents from biosketches and family interviews.
