Job Summary
Operate computerized mixing equipment to prepare and process recipes according to production schedules while accurately documenting batch records and ingredient usage. Clean and sanitize equipment using Centralized Foaming Systems and CIP processes, safely handle allergens, and troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime. Take production samples for quality control, operate forklifts to transport materials, and maintain waste water treatment systems in compliance with environmental guidelines. Follow all GMP, safety policies, and Lockout/Tagout protocols while working any shift, daily overtime, and weekends as required.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math skills with the ability to perform and apply mathematical reasoning
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Certified Forklift Operator
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift, bend, stand for long periods, and handle materials as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to bend
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to work at heights
- Must be able to work any shift

Desired Qualifications
- Previous relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
