Job Summary
Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping at our Goodyear, AZ facility while leading a team of associates to meet performance goals. Ensure inventory accuracy, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate on Standard Operating Procedures to improve efficiency. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, and manage daily order volume under a Saturday through Monday schedule from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Starting pay is $21–$24 per hour depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and fulfillment workflows
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage operations
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
- Must be able to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Be flexible and willing to be cross-trained into other warehouse departments
- Saturday, Sunday, Monday schedule
- 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM shift times
