Job Summary
3PL Warehouse Supervisor for DePuy Synthes/Johnson & Johnson in Toronto, Canada. Oversees day-to-day 3PL warehouse activities (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns) and acts as the primary liaison between DePuy Synthes and 3PL site leadership. Ensures service levels and KPIs are met, monitors inventory accuracy and cycle counts, and enforces GDP/GMP and internal procedures. Leads continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, cost, quality, and service; analyzes operational reports to identify trends and escalate risks. Collaborates with Supply Chain, Quality, Customer Service, and Planning; promotes safety, accountability, and compliance. Requires 5–7 years in warehouse/logistics, experience with WMS and performance reporting tools, and strong leadership and communication skills. English required; French is an asset. Travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with or supervising a 3PL partner
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations
- Experience supervising daily warehouse operations and enforcing SOPs
- Strong understanding of inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance metrics
- Experience in a regulated environment with quality and compliance requirements
- Ability to analyze operational data and drive corrective actions
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment (standing, walking, lifting)
