Job Summary
Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping while leading a team of associates to meet productivity, quality, safety, and attendance expectations. Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order processing by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Collaborate with leadership to develop, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that improve consistency, safety, and efficiency. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Monday through Friday shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM with a starting pay of $22-$24/hour.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and fulfillment workflows
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage operations
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., and push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Be flexible and willing to be cross-trained into other warehouse departments
