Job Summary
Picker and Packer role in Big Chill Distribution's 3PL team at the Hamilton site. Responsibilities include picking and packing customer orders, checking order accuracy, and counting inventory for cycle counts, while adhering to health and safety standards in temperature-controlled (chilled and frozen) environments. The ideal candidate understands inventory management and order fulfilment, and enjoys working as part of a team. Role is permanent and full-time (minimum 40 hours/week). The successful applicant will be required to pass a drug test and satisfactory MOJ criminal check and ACC check prior to commencement. Location: Ruakura, Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in temperature-controlled environments (advantageous)
- Keen understanding of inventory management and cycle of order fulfilment
- Commitment to working as part of a team
- Ability to pass drug test and satisfactory MOJ criminal check and ACC check prior to commencement
